Brazilian Churrasco

Churrasco is a traditional way of making meat in Brazil, large pieces of meat such as beef, pork and chicken are grilled on an open fire and then cut into thin slices. The meat is often seasoned with salt, pepper and other spices. Churrasco is often served with rice, beans, vegetables and a spicy Brazilian sauce.
